Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile experience, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract under applicable law to use the Services and to make purchases. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

Products, pricing, and orders

We strive to display accurate descriptions, images, colours, and prices. Minor variations may occur due to photography, screen settings, or manufacturing batches. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or other legitimate reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund amounts received according to our Refund Policy.

Payment

Payment methods and charges will be shown at checkout. You authorise us and our payment partners to charge your selected method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and fees.

Shipping and risk of loss

Delivery timelines and responsibilities are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss for physical goods passes as set out there or as required by applicable law.

Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy explains eligibility, time limits, and how to request a return or refund. That policy is part of these Terms.

Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users;

Disclaimer of warranties

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Royal Dastar Studio and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the transaction giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim, except where law does not permit such a cap.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Royal Dastar Studio against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts at a location we designate (or as required by consumer law in your state) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where law requires explicit consent.
